What good is it to have a consistent yoga practice? It’s not what you think!

Sure, it helps with strength, flexibility, and mental focus. But what I really value about a consistent practice is that I get to see myself new in familiar poses.

I’ve probably done a million down-dogs in my life. But each one is new, and I experience myself in a new way each time I’m on my mat.

I practice feeling into my body and all it’s subtlety - and I get to know myself better each time. I feel into the similarities and the differences day-to-day.

This increases trust in myself and intuition, which pays big dividends off my mat and in my daily life.
