Sunday, 3/3 I’m teaching a workshop on how the 5 Yamas from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras align with the 5 visible planets in Vedic Astrology (Jyotish). It will blow your mind!

But the workshop isn’t “heady” where you have to learn a bunch of stuff. It will be experiential - using Kundalini Yoga to have an EXPERIENCE of the energies of the yamas and planets.
