I know I say this about a lot of mantras…
But this week’s is one of my favorites
It works to help us remember our timeless nature
Your body, thoughts, emotions, and experiences all change through time
What part of you is unchanging through time?
There’s an essence of “you-ness” that is the same now as when you were 2 or 20…an essence that is timeless
That’s what we’re tapping into this week in Kundalini Yoga & Meditation class
