Feeling tense? Holiday season shenanigans, world and local news, dwindling daylight hours…things can feel a bit MUCH.
Moving your body can be one of the best ways to release tension. The kriya we’re doing this week in Kundalini Yoga class is designed to do just that - efficiently and effectively.
Once the physical tension has dissipated, then our hearts can open. With chanting and a heart opening mudra at the end of class, we’ll be able to step off our mats and live our lives fully with an open heart. And isn’t that what we need this time of year?
