Satya means “truthfulness” - but it’s more than just telling the truth

It’s radical honesty about things as they are… rather than the way we would like them to be

Radical honesty doesn’t mean you get to tell everyone what you think of them while espousing your opinions and beliefs 😅

It means aligning our actions and words with the true expression of our authentic nature (our “Sat Naam”)…which means sometimes feeling vulnerable

“Sat” is usually translated as “truth” - but what it’s really pointing to is “that which is”
