I was fan girl-ing and swooning yesterday big time!!!

Yes, for Shanna…but also No because I see her every week! 🤣🤣🤣

Look who came to Kundalini Yoga class - Faith Hunter! It was my first time meeting @Spirituallyfly and she brought amazing energy to an epic class! What an honor to have her visiting in RVA!

And then later that day, I had the privilege of taking class organized by The Well Collective, featuring Faith, Shanna and J Miles.

The class was full of meaning and purpose - thank you for reclaiming space at The 17th Street Market. And the class was FUN and full of connection!

It was a day for the books for sure!
