I did Kirtan Kriya every day from 2/17/2020-12/31/2020
There were so many unknowns at that time
It was comforting to have a stable morning practice that helped move energy when so little moved in 2020
The powerful combination of chanting and mudras is balancing, clearing and healing
There’s even research in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease on the benefits of Kirtan Kriya for cognitive functioning 🧠
The mantra is “Sa Ta Na Ma”
Sa: touch the thumb to the index finger
Ta: touch the thumb to the middle finger
Na: touch the thumb to the ring finger
Ma: touch the thumb to the pinkie finger
And it’s even more fun to do in a group 😊
