I didn’t know what to expect. And it took a moment to get into the flow.

But once we did, it was magic. Everyone’s voices were heard…individually and collectively.

It was healing…individually and collectively. I’m still savoring the experience 💕

What a way to celebrate 10 years of teaching Kundalini Yoga for me, and for Red’s countless hours of service to the RVA yoga community.
