Feeling stuck? Try REPETITION 🤯
You may be thinking, “If I’m feeling stuck, shouldn’t I be doing lots of different and random things?”
Possibly
But I’m going to recommend REPETITION instead✔️
It stokes the internal fires to build momentum…and then no more stuckness. The resistance softens and fades.
So try:
⭐️Chanting a mantra
⭐️Tapping to a beat
⭐️Take 3 deep breaths every morning (before getting out of bed)
⭐️Walk your dog and feel/ hear every step
⭐️Breath of Fire
⭐️Write in a gratitude journal every evening
Kundalini Yoga uses lots of rhythmic, repetitive movements. It works wonders for your nervous system.
The stuckness loosens. Possibilities emerge. Choice is possible.
In Wednesday class this week we’re doing a kriya (yoga set) to relieve stress. It has lots of rhythm and repetition (and it’s one of my favorites). I always feel better after doing this set.
What repetition in your life helps loosen stuckness? (Mantra and Breath of Fire also work well for me)
