I don’t like to cook. Or garden. I have no talent for or interest in drawing, painting or crafts. There’s a little voice in my head that says I’m “not creative.”

But it’s not true. Every human is creative. Every person has a unique way that they add to the fabric of life.

Parenting calls for much creativity. And I love to create yoga classes and workshops. When I’m creating with my special and unique talents, I feel alive and connected. It feeds me.

Everyone has a 2nd Chakra - the seed of your creative power. And everyone is designed to share their creativity in a way that nourishes themselves and others.

We’ll continue our chakra journey on Wednesday with the 2nd Chakra. Let’s create something beautiful together.
