Celebrating 10 years!

It’s been 10 years!!!
I’ve been teaching Kundalini Yoga on Wednesday mornings for 10 years!!! Can you believe it?!?!
I started with Project Yoga Richmond (PYR) in 2015 in the Dickens Place space - with its black walls and bar in the back of the studio. Remember that?!?!
We pivoted and kept the class going online through the restrictions of 2020. That challenged us - but the community stayed strong.
When PYR (as we had known it) dissolved, I started my own business so I could keep the class going on Wednesday mornings. That, too, stretched me in ways that weren’t easy for me! I loved teaching yoga, but never was interested in the “business” side of yoga. But the community stayed committed, and that fed me.
One person that has been with me since the beginning is Shanna. She’s so dedicated - and that shows up in her regular class attendance, as well as the dedication she has shown to her own career of service as a sound healer and yoga teacher.
So to help celebrate 10 years of Kundalini Yoga, I’ve invited Shanna to do a sound bath at the end of class on Wednesday, April 16. This is a special opportunity - you don’t want to miss her healing vibes!
This sliding scale class is from 9:15-10:15 am at The Innerwork Center on 4/16. Registration is quick and easy!
Come celebrate 10 years of yoga community with me and Shanna and YOU!
