I don’t have words of wisdom for 2024.

I don’t want “more” happiness, pleasure, or positivity. I don’t want “less” sadness, pain, anger, or shame. Because that’s not a real, full human life.

For 2024, I want to experience WHOLENESS. I want to be there for all the ups and downs, all the difficult and easeful moments…with full presence, compassion and love.

Be there for it ALL with me.
